Excellent experience across the board. The initial quote was handled professionally without up-selling or cross-selling. The technicians arrived as scheduled (actually early) and had our new water heater installed in under three hours. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the operation of the new unit. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing or electric work.
