I was very pleased with Eric's promptness and knowledge of my toilet problems. He offered suggestions along with his recommendation. He had everything he needed on his truck and completed the job in a surprisingly short amount of time. He was friendly yet professional. I was very comfortable to have him working in my house and would definitely call Dr. Fix It again!
