I've been working w 'the son' as mentioned in other posts, he's reluctant to fix errors. After 3 trips from the masons, at my demand, the rock wall is acceptable. Scratches in the pool tiles from the pebbletec process. Poor coverage of pebbles...some areas show too much plaster. NOW, I have rainwater from the patio flowing into the pool...coping is flat, water flows down expansion joints into the pool! CRAZY BAD! 'The Son' says thats fairly normal!! He's coming out next week to try to convince me that water flowing from the patio into the pool in normal...this is the type of crap Ive been dealing with. Several delays, poor communication, slow to respond now that they're paid.
