I had a minor sewer line back up and called another plumber prior to Dr. Fix-it (who told me the next day). Dr Fix-it came out the same day and very professionally cleaned the drain. Detlef carefully covered my rugs and stairs as well as protecting material on the shelves near the main drain. I(I had seen reviews with this being an issue) When the drain was cleared and equipment back in the truck, you could not see that anyone had done such a messy job. I didn't have do do any clean up!. Everyone was polite and careful. I'll be using again.
