I had a car that was stolen and was at cj's in front of the shop.I needed a shop to pick up my car and start working on it.I picked Rick's autobody. The person i spoke to said she wouldn't be able to cover the cost of the pick up,even knowing the insurance will pickup the tab.But she insisted in me borrowing money and doing it myself and that she would have the car in the storage for free..She also said if she paid it she would need the title of my car because of her past experiences.I felt like i had to prove myself in order to get a job done that they would get reimbursed by the insurance company.Never will i ever recommend this shop to anyone.I found a shop close by that picked up my car from Cjs with no questions asked!! more
