Our 100 year old furnace went out on a cold Sunday. The first technician to come out threw up his hands. The next four companies called said our 50 year old burner conversion unit would be too difficult to repair. Brian was the only one who gave us hope for a repair. He opened up a warehouse on a Sunday for parts not on his truck, he stayed late in the day to complete the job. He was willing to do work that others were not. This was the best service call to our home that my wife and I have ever had. (CH & JH service date 3/16/14)
