Detlef was very courteous and got right to work. He seemed knowledgable and diligent. It would have been great, however, if, while he was cleaning up his equipment, he had cleaned up the gunk that came out of the drain when it overflowed. Somehow I missed that and discovered it still in the sink when I got home from work - starting to smell. But, the drain is clear, and I can run my dishwasher - yay!
