Hickory was very knowledgeable in answering and demonstrating the issues he found while servicing our units. He also took the time to balance our system vents which I forgot to ask for when the serviceman made his visit in the fall. He took all the time he felt he needed then set down with me to make recommendations. I have always been satisfied with the work your servicemen have done at our house and you have another "winner" in Hickory Henley.
