My wife and I bought a tank less water heater and are very pleased with it. We had an issue where one of our sinks in the master bath was not working after the install. I would like to first say that every tech that came out to install, look at, and ultimately fix our issue was very professional amd friendly. I would also like to mention that Becky on the customer service line as well as Josh (i think was his nsme) also operating telephones were both very nice and always returned my calls in a timely manner. Chad W. was the A-team service tech that ultimately sold us on the tank less as well as fixed our issue with the sink. Always very professional, wore shoe protectors in the house, knew what he was doing and could tell he was very serious about fixing our problems. Hats off to him. Will definetly refer your company to friends and family in the future.
