We purchased a furnace from J&D less than a year ago. Called 2/6 because furnace didn't appear to be functioning correctly. David came out and was very polite and professional. He diagnosed that the filter was not right. Charged ;$79.00. I believe when the furnace was installed we should have been told what filters to use. We are not happy with the service charge.
