Wow! What a great experience at this place. I've been in treatment before at these places that had great atomosphere, food and doctors. I paid the price for this stuff while never learning that recovery is an inside job. The CBT thay teach at this place really opened my eyes to recovery and what I need to think and do to change my life. Not what I should expect from others, most certainly not from an expensive treatment atmosphere. Thanks Ace Camp for keeping it simple and helping me realize that I was the problem and taht I have the power within me to apply the solution--which is my own thinking!
