I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. They will not give a detailed bill. The parts only cost $30 if I went to buy them they charged me $2756 for a job that took 5 hrs two guys to rip a hole in kitchen wall take a 6' pipe out put a 6'pvc pipe in with couplings left grease marks all over bathroom toilet, floor, under bathroom sink it was disgusting. I had sewer water leaking in kitchen twice in two days have to rip up kitchen floor, ceiling tiles walls. They did not come on day promised. Left me with no water in bathroom for over a week they work weekends could not come out. Never will I call them again!!! I had to have my kids move fridge and stove back I have back issue can't move them so sorry I called them but they were the only ones could get to come out two days before Thanksgiving. I had to clean sewage from bathtub. Just not someone I would ever recommend to anyone. Paying for their high priced commercials. I have worked in the service industry and they are not clear on their billing. Very unhappy with how they handled things used my shopvac to suck up waste and left it in there. I am single mom working full time they offer payment arrangements but wanted it paid up front. Never again. Shop around.
