This is a really great store for needlepointers - many quality canvases, threads of varied types displayed well, etc... The problem is that Sally and the other woman who helps with dark hair can be snooty and give major attitude. I've truly never had a problem in all my years with any store but the attitude I've received here is obvious, negative and uncalled for. One time a young employee was helping me choose threads for a canvas not purchased there and Sally whispered to her and she immediately left me to help someone else and I think that's it - buy the canvas and be treated well, don't and you're not. Note to off-premise owner - please be aware competency doesn't go hand and hand with professionalism. I've been going to this store for a few years but after the past unpleasant 5 visits or so, I'm not returning.
