U Pull and Pay in Albuquerque has an attitude problem. My daughter and I went there a few days ago and a very pleasant young man was marking parts for folks as they approached the check out. There were only about 60 people in line for the two clerks. We had removed a 15" tire from a wheel and he told us the tires were a dollar and inch. Not a bad price really. When we got to the register the girl ignored me when I told her the tire was 15" and charged me $16.99. I told her that I had been told it would be a different price of $15.00. She argued with me and said the price she charged was actually less than they usually charge and she was being the typical snot you would expect. Again I told her that the young man had given me another price and she said he doesn't work "in here". I finished up by saying that it was fine except that they should get on the same page. She did two things wrong. She insinuated I was lying and then lied about the actual price being higher than what I was charged. I checked when I got home and she was in fact correct in charging me the price she did. She just went about it wrong and treated a potential return customer like crap.
