Our friendly customer service contact, Sue, was extremely helpful. There were a lot of details to coordinate, but Sue made everything easier for us by working directly with the hotel staff. The ping pong tables were delivered as scheduled, with extra balls and paddles, and the crew worked very quickly and efficiently to set things up. Unfortunately, one of the tables was broken. We were able to work around the problem but we were disappointed that none of the setup staff warned us about the problem. The service was absolutely 5-star, except for the broken table.
