Took some patience, but I had an unusually difficult clog from the kitchen sink to the main line that required the techs to work in the crawl space under my house. Kevin Kopec arrived with an excellent attitude and went above and beyond to make a frustrating experience as easy as possible. He was able to clear the clog and fix a leak under the sink. Kevin has to be their best technician as he was able to do what two others could not. I am grateful to have my sink back and would recommend anyone calling ars to ask for Kevin as he brings a great attitude along with his great service. Thank you to Kevin and Jeff for everything.
