From start to finish, the service couldn't have been any better. The company got a technician there the same day. He arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain each step of what he was doing and what was needed to fix the furnace. He worked directly with my warranty company and got the approval to replace the motor and capacitor. In about an hour, I had heat again. Scott never took one step inside my house without putting on his shoe covers. He made sure there was absolutely no mess left over. I would not hesitate to call this company and have Scott back in my home for any future problems.
