The past three times that we have had appointments with Dr. Masaki we have waited 3o minutes or longer past our appointment time to be seen. Today I wainted 50 minutes and decided to walk out, and never come back. These wait times are unacceptable, if she can't see her patients in the allotted 30 minute time then she should expand her time slots to 45 minutes or an hour. Her patients have other things to do other than sit in a waiting room, that is if you can find a seat. I set my schedule for a 90 minute appointment, from time of arrival to time completed. It is not enough here. The front desk staff need customer service training, then not once have told us that the doctor is running behind schedule. Other times I have asked today I sat just to see what they would do. Nothing was the answer. I'd recommend seeking your eye care elsewhere. more
