Purchased a used Ford Explorer here, and had multiple issues:
1. Fowlerville did not inspect the vehicle prior to selling, causing issues with myself and Ford Corporate.
2. The employees are very talented at never promising anything in writing. I was verbally told that certain items would be covered by the dealership over the phone, but when I asked the dealer to confirm the details via email, the individual that I spoke with would insist that my email was not received and never replied.
3. The service department is a little ridiculous. I had to have another Ford dealership fix issues that Fowlerville Ford repeatedly missed.
