Mike & his co-worker came to our home in Eagle Rock, replaced our smaller gas fireplace w/a better Lennox model and came back a month & a half later when the pilot went out after a lightning storm to relight the fireplace.
The 'follow up' was done at no cost to us and is/was greatly appreciated!!
