I've been going to this gym since June and really like it. The routine kills about 600-700 kcal a class -- I measure using a Polar heart monitor and Nike band. However, the best part are the instructors. They are what keeps me coming back and making kickboxing a regular part of my workout routine. I love this place!! Plus, the schedule has a lot of variety to fit into my hectic work life. more
