Bad film quality, lack of communication! 10/1/2014

I got three vehicles tinted by wife car (summer 2011) was first and then about two year later (spring 2013) I got my car and my son car tinted. About a few months into the last two vehicles being tinted I noticed that the tint of the first car (wife’s car) was getting lighter. I didn't think of it much, but a few more months later the film was almost clear and noticed that the rear window was starting to bubble. I called Izzy explaining the issue and he stated that he would stop by and take a look at it. He never came by, I have called him several times and left several messages, which he almost never picks up and probably has caller ID and sees who’s calling and still till this day he has not returned nor stop by to repair or take care of the issue. He offers a lifetime guarantee and states he uses the best film and now I'm worried that this will happen to the last two vehicles that were tinted by him. All I want is for Izzy to repair my wife’s vehicle and replace the tint with good quality film that he claims he uses. more
