They did excellent and clean work. They explained everything including my options and walked me through the finished product.
The fan on my furnace wasn't coming in unless I turned it on manually. I sent an email and was promptly called back. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called me as promised a half hour before and arrived on time. Sadly the circuit board on my furnace was burned out. The furnace was 20 years old and the chances and cost of patching the furnace didn't make sense. I was present with both repair and replacement options. I chose to replace it with an 80% variable speed fan furnace. I liked the idea that it could crank the fan up and down. The 95% furnace wasn't of value given the smaller size of my house (1200 sq ft). The rest of the crew showed up by 3:00 pm and the furnace was gone and new one installed by 5:00. They walked me through the new thermostat and showed me all the work done. They brought the pipes up to code and and redid the wiring. The filter I already have work.
