RFT put a pool in for us in June 2012. 1/2 in and 1/2 above ground. Up against a bank.
The next year we reported loosing water the end of June 2013. Everyone at the pool place where we bought pool just kept saying add water. The heat will evaporate the water.
We have a well and almost ran it dry. We had sediment for 2 wks. in our water.
the Middle of July the pool collapsed in 2 places. We contacted the pool installer and he came out after much tado. He had his mind made up that it is not his problem when he finally came. And just Frankly stated so. We had to Hire another Pool company to build us another pool and we footed the whole bill. Attorney General's Office and BBB
would not do anything. Just pass letters back and forth and Justin Reimold imfactly said he will not do anything that it is our problem. The Man has to have insurance and it would have been so easy for him to file a claim but he just blew us off.
He should go out of business. BE ware of having him install any pool that you buy
from Artisian.
