We signed up for a water heater refurbishing coupon from Angie's List, but Chad told us our water heater was too new (only 1 year old) and we should get a refund! Nevertheless, he took time to explain the maintenance we would need and when, checked several aspects of our system, explained all the services Streamline has to offer,and was tremendously courteous and thorough. We will definitely use Streamline in the future--that level of integrity and professionalism really impressed us.
