My husband and I rang Streamline on Tuesday and spoke to a lovely woman named Becky, her cheerful voice was enough for me to know that we would be using their services. She set up an appointment for the following Wednesday morning giving us a 2hr window. On Wednesday she rang just before 8am she rang to let us know that our service tech was enroute and gave us an ETA, what a lovely courtesy! Mike A arrived shortly thereafter and there are just not enough words to convey his professionalism from the moment that I opened the door. He apologized for running behind(which he was not(-: )and immediately begun to work on the problem. My husband and I were so impressed, we felt like he had been there before. He was personal, and so very honest which is so very rare today. He explained what the issue was and tested it so that we could see the problem was fixed. He explained your services with pride and we will be utilizing the plan for The President's Club. Mike A. Thank You with all of our hearts for being so wonderful. Because of you we now are no longer without an electrician and plumbing company. Mike A. should be recognized as an EXCELLENT employee who represents Streamline with the same excellence he brings to its clients.
