bruce arrived much earlier that my original estimate which was great because my pipes had burst and water was pouring from my house. he had to stay about 8 hours to get all of the problems fixed. he was very patient in spite of encountering several unexpected problems and having to do most of the work lying under my house in several inches of water. he worked to be sure he had found every possible potential problem, assuring me he would not leave until everything was taken care of. great customer service!
