I don't know if I should laugh at the clowns running this company or be concerned that they are handling something that could potentially be dangerous. Don't bother asking the pitbulls who work in the office any questions because they will chew your face off for 'bothering' them. I've never run across nastier people, how they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. They are way overpriced, shop around and you'll see for yourself. I wouldn't mind paying the extra if I knew it was going towards the office workers taking some customer service classes, but alas, I'm pretty sure that will not happen.
