We hired Brock for a job at the recommendation of our General Contractor. He did not have a contract with him and after Brock agreed to do the job he showed up one day announcing that he would not be finishing due to the fact that he had a bad feeling about the job. He wanted to finish the exterior electrical work but not the interior. He agreed to do our job 2 weeks prior yet informed us the day he was to start that he no longer wanted the work. I wish I had a contract with him that allowed us to collect damages for him quitting with zero days notice. This certainly puts our project behind schedule now all because of his feelings.
It's a job Brock, nobody cares about your feelings. Once you shake hands accepting the work you just need to get in and finish it.
