I am 78 years old and my wife and I have been buying cars for over 60 years. I left a dealership we had bought eight cars from over the years because they would not honor a promise they made to my wife. Since my wife and I had no previous relationship with West Herr or it's sales people I expected the usual haggle when negotiating with the sales person. I'll make it short, it never happened. Leasing the Ford Fusion was the most pleasant experience I ever had at a car dealership. When we were stuck on a difference in our budgeted allowance for the lease and the actual lease price, the sales person brought both the sales manager and the finance manager to the conference room were we were able to work out a solution to the problem. No back room discussion between the sales person and "Management"; but an open friendly negotiation to arrive at a solution. Your service depertment is first class also. Thank you West Herr for living up to your advertising.
