The value in this restaurant is great-- Fills you up for what you pay and it tastes good too. Free refills where other restaurants wouldn't be so willing. Also, other restaurants in Salem charged $8 for a grilled cheese where Brother's Deli charged a dollar less for fries and a wrap. A word to the wise, the premises are kind of in rough shape, especially the restroom (at least the women's one). If they cleaned up the place, it would be even better. They don't have much in the way of outdoor seating or atmosphere, but to be honest... If they did, their prices would go up and I wouldn't like the place as much as I do.
