My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2013 F-350 from Evergreen Ford. This is my 3rd truck from Ford I have owned over the years. It's a great truck, great product. It would take an act of Congress to get me to even turn down the street towards Evergreen Ford again. Once the sale was complete, they acted like they were doing me a favor by taking care of the accessories and small blemishes that were owed to me as part of the sale. I talked with their GM, Tony Rehn who said he would look into it personally and get back to me. Never received a call. When I went to pick up my truck (after them having it 3 days) I asked him why no return call. He became defensive and rude then turned around and walked away to his office slamming the door. Not once did anyone at the dealer apologize for any inconvenience or acknowledge my concerns on lack of communication on their part. If Tony Rehn thinks it's ok to treat people like that it the middle of the show room, it would show the rest of the staff that when the customer is upset, go ahead and walk away. Once you purchase from them you're leverage is gone. They practically beg you to give them a perfect rating on their survey before you even get it. I love my new truck, I just have a horrible taste from Evergreen Ford. Do your own research and come to your own decision, my advice is to stay away from Evergreen Ford. more
