I've been a customer for over 2 years, and am typically very impressed with my service. However, on my most recent visit, even though I had requested a loaner at the time I made my appointment, I was told none were available. I was offered a rental car and was picked up by Enterprise. Infiniti did not explain the terms, and when I was told the terms at Enterprise I was shocked that Infiniti would partner with a company offering those terms. In short, when in the rental, if I were to be hit by another driver Enterprise would deduct my deductible immediately from my credit card, and I wails be charged a daily rate for the vehicle for every day it was in a repair status...even if I was not at fault for an accident! I flatly refused! It's unconscionable that a luxury brand like Infiniti would send its loyal customers to a partner offering those terms. I won't even mention that I had a Pre-paid service agreement which included a loaner, not a rental vehicle. I missed an appointment due to this, as I waited at the dealer instead. This is enough to put me back in another Volvo!
