Ashly is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. She says she is in charge and will not let you speak to the owner of the company. I told Ashy "she was acting very unprofessional on the phone and I would never treat a customer the way she is treating me", so she told me "you should go find some one else to fix your problem then and she hung up the phone on me". So they don't stick to their guarantees or appointments. They blew off two different appointments to fix repair work. They try to stretch out the time they have to come and fix the repairs so they can charge you full price again. The full $60 plus parts. They will charge you to fix parts they previously install. They told us they had other people scheduled and we would have to wait. So if you get work done with them and the work they did doesn't get the job done, they just blow you off and don't make you a priority. I would never recommend using Waynes because of Ashley and everything else I have explained. This was my experience with them. I have owned several companies over the years as I shared with Ashley and this just is not the way to treat your customers. I am disabled on SSI Disability with a wife and three kids, so this how they treat the disabled in our city of Moberly.
