I was just out of college when I signed a lease with Merritt in Tucson. To be honest, they could have taken advantage of me and my situation but we actually developed a great partnership. I always paid rent on time and they always took care of business on their end. Whether that means responding in a timely manner to maintenance needs or just communicating effectively, Merritt could always be counted on. Now that I’m moving on to bigger and better things in a new area, I can look back on my time in my apartment and remember it fondly.
