Louis D. was very professional. For all the problems I was having he explained everything that he was going to do, and what my options were. I had the same problem a few weeks later, and Louis along with other service specialists came back out and evaluated the problem, and were all very professional. Louis left to order and picked up new toilet, and returned the same day to replace it. I would fell comfortable in calling Art Plumbing for my service needs.
