Not enough trash receptacles or pick-ups, owners are not made to pick up dog waste, people who don't live in the complex come in and use the pools, there is no security (several vehicles have been damaged or stolen), and the management is not interested. It's a shame because the people that have lived there for a while say it use to be very nice. The apartment is nice but can't wait till they move.
