Overall the moving experience was marginal. I was going to use a cube but ht eprice of 1900.00 was about the same and they supposed would guarantee me a pickup and drop off time. This was not exactly true. I requested a specific move date because I was flying in from out of town to get it done. I signed a contract with this one date (May 23) on it. The date was moved back a day without my knowledge but I made arrangements to be there anyway. The day before the move (after I was already there with a return ticket back) they tried to change the date again. I really had to argue against this and they finally agreed. Once the mover showed up he was prfessional and fast. I was told that someone would contact right away with a final total for when the movers delivered my stuff. I had to call right up until the night before delivery just ot be told they didn't know for sure so just pay the original amount. This is hard to do when you have to ge the money out after the banks have closed for the day. Once they delivered my stuff my daughter noticed the bed cover wasn't on her mattress. The driver said it never had one. I personally purchased the bed cover the night before and put it on that mattress. I also helped load it on the truck with the bed cover. Not sure what happened after that. more
