Bob worked really hard to solve problems on a 45 year old Accutron watch that I sent him for repairs. The problems were subtle and required shipping the watch back and forth three times to solve, but he stuck with it, never charged additional money for the extra work he performed, and was not satisfied until I was satisfied. Very professional level work, and always done with enthusiasm and good humor. I am impressed and would not hesitate to send repair work to him in the future.
