Called for appt to get puppy spayed. Girl treated me like I was a terrible person. Was told they don't .do blood tests and they insinuate that you are risking you puppy's. life. Was told I needed to provide vaccination records and pay deposit before you can schedule. Several days later, they wouldn't refund deposit when I cancelled. Even though appt. Was a month and a half away. They dont tell you it is not refundable. Wouldnt have scheduled at all if the told me that. Had brought my older dog in for vaccines. Exam room DIRTY. Previous dog's fur and dander left on exam table. Don't wipe down. Between apptmts. Will not go back and will make donations to shelter who treat people better.
