I consider this business as just average. They tend to overbook their service department, and then tell you your car is not ready because they were too busy. They should then quit overbooking and inconveniencing their customer.
I keep going back hoping my last bad experience was a fluke...but instead it seems to get worse with each visit. Repairs are not done and it is usually some excuse about wrong parts ordered or a backorder. .Or tone again--hey were too busy. Why accept a customer in to your appointment book if you can't get a part?
They say they will call you back, but they don't. Say they will prepare you a written estimate, but don't because AGAIN they were too busy.
The work they do is good, but getting past the guys who schedule the service is the issue. I say give them a try for the quality of the work...but be prepared for a long haul of excuses.
