Knowing my project was time-critical with no other contractors available, my quote was $2,000 more than the rest! Mark brought his brick mason to build the knee wall prior to him pouring a foundation. His guy, Darryll, built the wall completely non-level. It was 6 1/2 inches off level in only 26'!! Mark poured by referencing the brick and the whole project is now horribly wrong. Neither Mark nor Darryll have the integrity to fix their mistake and give me what I overpaid for!
