Reported to the HSA that our ac unit was 12 years old and had no serial number, so needed to be completely replaced. Our unit is 9 months old and the serial number is right on the front of the unit! SCAM and completely unprofessional staff. I hate writing bad reviews, but something needs to be said about this business being untruthful, immoral, and unethical. Take your business elsewhere!
