First, I have to say that Aaron was stuck in the unenviable position of having to correct a mistake created by a prior employee of Frasier's Plumbing & Heating. Still, Aaron handled the matter very professionally and competently, double checking his work all along the way, and even cleaning up after himself, as well as checking over our other sinks and faucets and making sure that all were functioning properly. Let's just say I'm very pleased with the outcome.
