Copied complaint I made to BBB: I contacted the company on 4/5 and left a message regarding helium rental. Stacie called me back and I advised her I would like to rent a helium tank for my son's birthday on 4/13. She let me know that she would need to check to verify the price (and provided me with a lot of valuable information regarding the tank and service). She verified that per the website the price for the size I needed would be $95 + $5 for the regulator - however, there may be a $10 or so difference depending on the price of the helium. She advised she would check exact pricing and availability (but there should not be an availability problem) and call me Monday for my credit card and to let me know when the helium tank would be at their facility so I can call to schedule a pick up time because someone is not always at the facility. I did not hear from her and called back on Wednesday to the warehouse. I spoke with (I believe Ryan) who told me that he was headed to Stacie's house and would ask her to call me. I stressed that if they could not get it to just call me and I would find another supplier. Immediately after speaking with Ryan, I emailed the company stating the same thing. I never heard back. I think it is completely unprofessional and rude to let someone think they will be using their service and then leave them 'hanging' the last minute with no courtesy call or email letting them know the product is not available or that they would be unable to fulfill their promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone for their lack of customer service & professionalism. (The Party Place in Palos Hills provided the same tank for $40 less and their service was great) more
