I had my first experience at Biltrite this past month. I purchased a sofa (I built it myself) with tons of help from Gail who was so professional, knowledgeable, and very accomodating. Then, I needed an accent chair and she helped me do the same with the chair. I LOVE my new set!! I can't say enough of how pleased I am from the purchase at the store, the delivery men and service, and the follow-up from Gail. A wonderful experience and I will surely be back again!! Don't know why I didn't come sooner. You now have a new costumer and I would recommend your store to everyone I know.
