Superior Overhead Door was contacted regarding the repair of a broken torsion spring on my garage door. I spoke with a man who stated that a service/repair man would be at my home between 4-6:30pm on the same day & would call about 30 minutes prior to arriving. I gave him my mobile number (which it turns out he wrote the last digit down as a 5 and not a 3). I took off work early & arrived at my home in anticipation of the arrival for repair. No one ever showed up. The calls are forwarded to a cell phone, which had a voicemail that was FULL. On the following morning, I called them & spoke with a kind receptionist who apologized that I never received a call & that they did not show up. I gave her my cell # again & she apologized & assured me someone would be at my home to make the repair by the end of the day between 4-6:30pm. The same thing happened AGAIN!!! All I received was apologies. I called another company who showed up promptly & saved me $! BAD EXPERIENCE! more
