Went to car toys in Arlington on 3/16/2013, had to get my alarm key pads replaced.they said twenty minutes. After an hour of waiting and no one updating me during wait. They where finished with one key pad. the tech walked us out the back way and said they where finished. I was distracted and left my iPhone 5 in vacant waiting area chair which is right near service area. I drove 2minutes and said where is my phone. Tried to call it , it had been turned off. Wife called store to see if they could see it. We got back before they could answer. Nobody there including the manager Matt or the tech that walked us out back way seemed to care. Matt did not even say if he found it he could call me on a another number. He would not let me see the survalence tape. He told me he looked at tape and seen nothing. He then said they don't have cameras in that area. It sad there is company's out there that are quick to get you out of there business and not willing to help you when something like this happens. The phone was worth $900. Not including all of my grandsons pictures and videos. He will be disappointed. Thanks Car Toys!!!!
