I'm giving them 3 stars because they were promt, at my house in an hour after I called! I had a main sewer line clog up at the trap,He was very knowledgeable and knew right where the problem was. My issue with them is that they were expensive for the work performed,it was a flat rate of $255 and only took him 30 minutes to snake the line from the trap in my front yard to the main sewer and up into my house! I called a couple other places that wanted only $89 but couldn't get to my house till the next day! I would go with someone else next time just because I felt I was taken to the bank for this easy fix! I guess that's the price you pay for quick service! But this needed immediate attention because I couldn't run any water or flush toilets untill the clog was fixed!
