Poor Service 2/4/2013

We were treated harshly at this store. My daughter did not receive her dining room set. It wa part of the $1999 special that included a bedroom set, free mattress, free TV, Living room set, and dining set. She paid a down payment and on the day of delivery there was no dining set. She called the store and the phone calls kept dropping. The manager would not talk to her to resolve this matter. They created a hostile environment and would not listen to our concerns. She is stuck with a 2600 bill not a 1999 advertised special. She still has not received her dining table. She was told she would have to pay a $99.00 delivery fee for their error and the mattress they gave her was not right. Poor service and unfair practices. Saleperson L-Beware and manger RS. They are not trying to help you!!!!! more
